The P&C holds monthly general meetings on the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00pm via Zoom and at times on school gounds.  Meetings are not held during school holidays or on public holidays.

An annual general meeting is held on the second Tuesday of March of each year.

Subcommittee meetings are called as required.

All attendees are welcome. Please note that only paid* P&C members are able to vote on decisions.

Membership is open to all parents and guardians of pupils attending Picnic Point Public School and to all citizens within the school community. The association maintains a register of members. A person whose name appears in the register and who has paid the annual subscription (50 cents) is a member of the association.
